This role is ideal for a natural problem-solver with a passion for agriculture, leadership, and continuous improvement.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You’ll Do\r\n\r\n\r\n\tLead mill operations to achieve production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and service.\r\n\tOversee equipment maintenance and facility upkeep for reliable, efficient operations.\r\n\tBuild, mentor, and retain a strong, motivated team.\r\n\tManage inbound/outbound logistics for smooth product flow.\r\n\tPartner with Sales, Accounting, and Management with accurate and timely reporting.\r\n\tEnsure products meet formula standards and uphold the company’s reputation for quality.\r\n\tPromote a culture of safety, training, and continuous improvement.\r\n\tMaintain facilities that reflect high standards.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat We’re Looking For\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperience in agriculture, livestock, or feed milling (preferred).\r\n\tStrong leadership background with team management in a manufacturing environment.\r\n\tMechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance knowledge.\r\n\tFamiliarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, OSHA, state agriculture departments a plus).\r\n\tAbility to thrive in a physical, hands-on role (climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs).\r\n\tOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.\r\n\tProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).\r\n\tSecondary education preferred, but not required.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat We Offer\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCompetitive hourly pay + overtime.\r\n\tMedical, Vision, and Dental coverage, with optional Life Insurance.\r\n\tPaid vacation, sick leave, and company holidays.\r\n\t401(k) with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 3%.\r\n\tStability of a 55+ year legacy with the close-knit culture of a family business.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nInterested in this Opportunity?
